She had requested her human character Shayla striking a pose with fire in her hands. I'm still playing around with flame effects, but I'm pretty happy with this one. Of course I cheated a little using an online brush set...
I used this tutorial and tweaked it a bit for the background.
Drawn, colored, and shaded entirely on Photoshop CS5.
