This comic was spawned based on the fact that I was feeling awful last week. Just... like a lump, ya know? I still don't know what that was about and even now I'm still having sleeping problems.
Oh well.
I started writing the comic and finished it this week (Monday, I think) so here it is.

FYI: When John says "Practice" he's referring to the medical clinic that he works at. He'll switch off calling it "practice" and "surgery" as I write.
