"Though I might regret it" means that I wasn't sure if I wanted Mr. Holmes spouting every bit of information about me in front of yet another man that I had not ever met before.
I only realized the panels were jumbled up after I drew this page so I added some arrows in an effort to try and help with story flow.
Yes, these facts about me are truth. I don't like lying sometimes.
